We recognize the frustration of not knowing when your Chromebook will be delivered. We wish we could provide more exact information on delivery dates and times, however, this effort is being coordinated at the district level and not by individual campuses.
Be reassured, however.
Deliveries are happening!
We have a large district; they are sanitizing each device individually and making deliveries every day all over Austin, so it takes a bit of time to make it happen. We are excited that your child is eager to continue their learning, and we appreciate your patience with this ongoing situation.
Chromebook deliveries will continue throughout this week and until all requested devices have been delivered.
If you completed the survey, you are already on the list and you will receive an email notification on the day of delivery. If you want to confirm that your student is on the list, or if you need to make changes to your request, please contact the parent support line at 512-414-9187 and select option 2.
If you have not submitted a survey request, please call 512-414-4990 and leave a message with a preferred callback time. Our staff will reach out to you and collect your information for the request.
If you have already received your student’s Chromebook, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We would also appreciate an update call or email if you have not received the device by the end of the day this Wednesday.
