The purpose of this course is to give the student an isndie view into the development and coping skills necessary to function efficently and effectively in society on a personal, social, family and career level.
Areas covered are food preparation, fitness and nutrition; the care of children and the workings of family; personal finance, budgeting and wise consumerism.
