Been absent?  Need make-up work?

The best way is to communicate directly with your student’s teachers through email. Parents can email teachers through the parent cloud. All Bailey students should know how to access their student self serve account from home and should be able to email teachers. All staff email addresses are also available on our school website under the “Staff” tab located under the “Our School” Banner. https://www.austinisd.org/schools/bailey/directory
Please allow 24 hours for teachers to send work to the front office to be picked up. It is also helpful to call before you come to confirm there is, in fact, work for your student. Don’t forget many Bailey teachers publish their homework assignments on their class websites on a daily basis.

There are several ways to send an attendance note when your student is absent:

  1. Send a written note with your student to drop off in the front office
  2. Fill out the Google Attendance Form on the Bailey Website: http://www.baileybears.org/parents/attendance
  3. Email the note to amanda.graves@austinisd.org.

Please be sure to include your student's first and last name, dates of absence and reason for absence. If you have a note from a doctor, you can take a picture or scan and email to the above email address.

State of TX 2017-2018 School Report Card for Bailey
In accordance with the requirement in House Bill 3297 issued by the Texas Legislature, Austin ISD is providing the community on-line access to the most current "school report card" prepared by the Texas Education Agency. The "school report card" provides the most current school performance data available from the state and is routinely sent home every year. Click here to see Bailey’s 2017-2018 School Report Card. Additional information about state accountability ratings can be found on the Texas Education Agency web site.
